What’s your favorite part of your job?
The people! In every aspect. The team we have here is amazing, but also finding somebody their dream job and finding the right fit for Fluid Truck is so fulfilling as well.
When you aren’t working, what are you usually doing?
Usually I am hiking with my dog Sammie. I love hiking 14ers - I have done 19/58 of them! You can always find me outside in my free time. If I am not outside you can find me tearing up a ping-pong table, pickle ball court, or watching a sporting event.
Do you support any sports teams?
Packers and Avalanche! I own a cheesehead hat so I hopped on the Packers bandwagon. I am from Michigan, so that kind of makes me a traitor…
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I would say, immerse yourself. Don’t just stick to your job title on paper, take on more challenges, do things outside of your job description, immerse yourself in all aspects of your business/company, don’t sit back and wait.
Do you have a favorite line from a movie or book?
“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
If you could have a Fluid Truck full of one thing, what would it be?
A truck full of Kombucha or a truck full of Indian Food… Matar Paneer specifically.
If you had a TED Talk, what would it be about?
“Why dogs should be cloned”
What would you tell someone who wants to come work at Fluid Truck?
It's an amazing place to work. The people you're surrounded by are pushing you to grow, pushing you outside your comfort zone. You're being challenged every day but it's such a fun environment as well. It's our culture - doesn't compare to anyone else's. We hire everyone who has that same passion too.
