NAFA Institute and Expo is an annual event where fleet management professionals and suppliers from across North America come together to share best practices, discuss industry trends, network with peers, and discover new solutions and technologies to better optimize their fleet operations.
With attendees from every segment of the industry, including corporate, government, public safety, utility, education, and more, there is so much to learn and many amazing conversations to be had at the largest fleet event of 2023.
Here’s just a few of the things we’re most excited to do at NAFA in Baltimore this year!
- Discovering new tech and discussing industry trends
Throughout NAFA I&E, tons of suppliers and fleet managers will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services while connecting with other industry leaders. We’re looking forward to the Innovations Showcase, where leaders can highlight the value of their new technology and solutions via interactive demonstrations.
On top of various exhibits and the Innovations Showcase, the schedule is also packed full of educational sessions on hot topics like sustainability, EVs, autonomous driving, data analytics, driver safety, cost-saving strategies, best practices in fleet management, and more. These sessions open the door for meaningful discussions about current industry trends, allowing fleet professionals to share their experiences and learn from one another.
One session we’re particularly excited to attend is “Fleet as a Strategic Asset: Five Unexpected Ways to Drive Margins.” Hosted by leaders at Element Fleet Management, this panel aims to demonstrate how to guarantee the best return on investment for both public and private organizations by optimizing fleet productivity and using fleet management strategies to achieve business goals.

- Partying with our partners and customers
It’s not every day that we have the opportunity to meet with so many of our valued partners and clients at once. This year, we are taking advantage of this gathering of amazing people by hosting another legendary private party!
Looking for an invite? Stop by our booth #535 and you might get lucky. We’re looking forward to kicking back with some food and drinks in an iconic venue and showing our appreciation for the continued support, friendship, and teamwork from our colleagues and customers.
- Exploring Baltimore’s Inner Harbor
Even though the NAFA schedule is jam-packed with must-see events, there’s no way we’ll miss out on the chance to experience the history and culture of Baltimore. At the top of our sightseeing list is Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
Just a 5 minute walk from the Baltimore Convention Center, the Inner Harbor offers a unique glimpse into Baltimore’s seafaring past. Several fascinating historic vessels, including the USS Constellation, USS Tork, and the lightship Chesapeake, currently reside in the Harbor and are open for public visitation. We can’t wait to hop on board and traverse the rich history of such a beautiful coastal city!
If you’re heading out to Baltimore for NAFA this April, be sure to say hi and strike up a conversation with us. We hope to see you there!
