This award recognizes Fluid Truck’s company culture
It’s time to celebrate — Fluid Truck is taking home the gold! Energage granted us the 2023 Top Workplaces USA award. The award comes as a result of an employee engagement survey measuring 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including: alignment, execution, and connection, among others. This award proves that culture is paramount to our success as a company.

Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great company cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential engagement survey, issued by Energage.
