Booking a reservation is super easy! Read the step-by-step instructions below to get started!

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to the mobile application, on the home screen you will be able to see all the vehicles located within your area.
- To see more details about a vehicle, simply tap on the vehicle pin on the map.
- If you would rather view a list of vehicles, click on the list icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Want to narrow your search results? Click the filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Search by vehicle class, availability constraints, and location to help narrow your results.
- You may also narrow your results by using the search bar (magnify glass icon) in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Search for terms such as Transit if you are a fan of Fords, or a specific fleet # such as DN100 if you prefer a specific vehicle.
- Once you find a vehicle you'd like to reserve, click on it to review the rates. To check availability, click Check Availability to see when the vehicle is available to rent.
- Select the date and time range for when you'd like to reserve the vehicle. If a vehicle is unavailable for the requested time, time selection will become disabled within the designated area.
- Once you've determined the date and time, select the profile you are booking the vehicle under. Your default payment method will automatically be selected for this reservation. However, if you have multiple payment cards uploaded, you will have the choice to pick the preferred payment method.
- Click Complete Booking to submit the reservation.
Congrats! Upon successful booking, an alert popup will appear on your page highlighting the vehicle booked and providing instructions on how to view pick-up criteria.
Please note the day of your reservation, you will have to complete the pickup inspection on the vehicle. Not sure how to perform pickup inspections, not to worry! We have detailed step-by-step in another training.

- To see more details about a vehicle, simply tap on the vehicle pin.
- Want to narrow your search results? Adjust the filter options on the top of the screen. Search by vehicle class, availability constraints, and location to help narrow your results.
- Once you find a vehicle you'd like to reserve, click on reserve.
- View the reservation summary to ensure your date and time range match when you'd like to reserve the vehicle.
- Make sure to chose your Fluid Protection Plan, then click Continue to Book.
- Triple check that all the details of your upcoming reservation are correct. Your default payment method will automatically be selected for this reservation. However, if you have multiple payment cards uploaded, you will have the choice to pick the preferred payment method.
- Click Complete Reservation to submit the reservation.
