Before you can hit the road, you will have to upload your driver's license to Fluid Truck. Watch the video above or read the step-by-step instructions below to successfully upload your Driver's License.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click on the Account Menu Icon to view your Account Information.
- Click on Account, written in blue beside your name.
- Click on Account Verification and then on Upload Driver's License.
- On the Driver's License Verification Page click on the Take Photo Icon to scan License Barcode.
- On the Verify License Page, enter your license information. Remember your information will be compared against the pictures and other information that was previously uploaded to the Fluid App.
- An alert popup will appear, click I Understand to verify that the information provided during sign-in will match your driver's license.
- Utilizing the camera function within the Fluid App. Center the back of your driver’s license in the window and take a picture.
- Utilizing the camera function within the Fluid App. Center the front of your driver’s license in the window and take a picture.
- Back on the Driver's License Verification Page click on the Take Photo Icon next to Verification Picture (Picture of the Driver's license next to your face).
- Returning to the Driver's License Verification Page make sure all three (3) Verification Requirements have a green checkmark to mark as completed.
- Click Next.
- Click Submit.
Congrats! Your driver's license has been submitted. To double-check feel free to expand the account menu, you will see that the steering wheel icon now appears in yellow with a message of pending.
Please note, prior to reserving any vehicles, individuals must upload a photo of their driver's licenses. Upon completion of upload and review, the individual will be able to proceed with reservations.
Cómo subir su licencia de conducir a la aplicación de Fluid Truck

- Haga clic en el icono del menú de la cuenta para ver la información de su cuenta.

- En la página de verificación de la licencia de conducir, haga clic en el icono Tomar foto para escanear el código de barras de la licencia.
- En la página Verificar licencia, ingrese la información de su licencia. Recuerde que su información se comparará con las imágenes y otra información que se cargó previamente en la aplicación Fluid.
- Aparecerá una ventana emergente de alerta, haga clic en Entiendo para verificar que la información proporcionada durante el inicio de sesión coincida con su licencia de conducir.
- Utilizando la función de cámara dentro de la aplicación Fluid, centre la parte posterior de su licencia de conducir en la ventana y tome una fotografía.
- Utilizando la función de cámara dentro de la aplicación Fluid, centre el frente de su licencia de conducir en la ventana y tome una fotografía.
- De vuelta en la página de verificación de la licencia de conducir, haga clic en el icono Tomar foto junto a la imagen de verificación (imagen de la licencia de conducir junto a su cara).
- Al regresar a la página de verificación de la licencia de conducir, asegúrese de que los tres (3) requisitos de verificación tengan una marca de verificación verde para marcarlos como completados.
- Haga clic en Siguiente.
- Haga clic en Enviar.
¡Felicitaciones! Su licencia de conducir ha sido enviada. Para volver a chequear, expanda el account menu, va a ver que el ícono del volante ahora aparece en amarillo con un mensaje que dice Pending (pendiente).
